Looking at the schematic, it may be possible to add an led to the channel select. The reverb would be a lot tougher - probably need a battery and a different switch. If I remember correctly those amps switch by a FET IC or Transistor. Unless the switch feels defetive (like it's loose or coming apart) you probably have an electronic problem. I have a Peavey Classic 30 combo amp (tubed). There's a channel switch button on the amp that is meant to toggle between the clean and distortion channels.
