I purchased a Navitimer b01 a while ago and I had noticed that the winding the watch was really difficult and it wasn't smooth at all. recently, I noticed that one of the chrono pushers is stuck and it is making winding the watch even more difficult. Sometimes it gets stuck when I try to reset it manually as well (but unfortunately not at the same place every time). Then I just let the chronograph run for a while and try to reset it manually again, which most often works. I've got a tried and true method of getting stuck back off, or for one I don't have the correct tool for, epoxy. Never has failed me. A good two part epoxy on about an 8" piece of wood. Mix up about a dime size spot and stick it on the back of the watch. Manually winding the crown on my Navitimer with in-house B01 movement feels quite stiff, especially as the main spring reaches half to two-thirds of its reserve, compared to other movements including that in my modern Rolex Sub. Winding the B01 is not a silky-smooth, tensionless affair by any means.
